This is the place I've been looking for. A lot of Chinese restaurants are sacrificing taste with lower quality ingredients to make things cheaper, but not here. When I ate here I was brought back to the times of good. 10/10 white meat General Tsos. It actually has a little warmth unlike other places (thankfully). You will not be disappointed with this place's food!
We have been ordering from New Imperial for the last three years and I believe it's the best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley. The portions are generous and the food just tastes really good - don't be afraid to check out their menu and try some of the other less popular items. The chef specials are excellent. It's a little pricey but I'll pay for quality. I am really skeptical of the poor reviews here on Google because for me, the quality and flavor of the food is always excellent!
New Imperial is by far away my number one choice in Chinese food in the Easton area and beyond. A clean place, the people that work there are always friendly, they are quick, even for a Chinese food place. Their quality of food just stands out above most places. And they are the only place that I am aware of that actually gives you the good kind of fried noodles. (The bigger flat ones). I’m not sure if they make them in-house, but it seems like they do. They actually have flavor and are legitimately “Fried”noodles. Not those lame, tiny, bread-y, bland variety you usually get. Either way they are delicious and they give you an actual cup of sauce rather than those stupid packets. Their rice is never dried out, they have delicious edamame, which is another rarity, and pretty much everything I’ve tried there has been outstanding. I would highly recommend New Imperial!
The absolute best, hands down, Chinese food joint I've ever had in my 34 years of existence. No but seriously though !!! Since moving into the area we struggled to find a good restaurant and now we found it here. A plus was the delivery and that was fast and the food was steaming hot. The food tasted fresh and light. You don’t feel overwhelmed. It was delicious. I highly recommend eating here. I can’t really taste the atmosphere since we ordered delivery.
I ordered from NEW Imperial the other day. I was very satisfied with what I got for lunch. The food was very flavorful, fresh and delicious.
Consistently the best Chinese food in the area. Prices may have gone up a little bit, but that’s to be expected. They always go above and beyond with delivery and packaging requests. We asked for an order of dumplings - 1/2 fried and 1/2 steamed as well as won ton soup with the broth separate so it wouldn’t get soggy and they were great about it! I’d recommend New Imperial every time.
